Where is my data stored?
The data is hosted in Europe, in accordance with strict personal data protection regulations (GDPR).
Is my data secure?
Yes, Lab Event complies with current security and confidentiality standards, with regular backups and powerful encryption protocols.
Is the software compatible with teams working remotely?
Yes, Lab Event is accessible online, allowing your teams to work wherever they are.
Does the software manage access permissions according to user roles?
Yes, it is possible to define different roles for each team member (administrator, booking manager, etc.), with specific permissions to access or modify certain information.
Can multiple users be managed on the same account?
No, each user has their own account to ensure security, traceability and clear access management.
Does Lab Event offer a trial version to test the features?
Yes, Lab Event offers a 30-day free trial with no obligation.
How does the trial version work?
To take advantage of the 30-day free trial, with no obligation, simply fill out the demo or free trial request form. Our team will then arrange a video conference with you to discuss your organisation’s specific needs. After this discussion, we will create your Lab Event access and support you throughout the trial period.
Are there any discounts for long-term commitments?
Yes, Lab Event offers discounts for annual subscriptions or long-term commitments.
Is the demo free?
Yes, the demo is free and without obligation. It allows you to discover the Lab Event interface and features during a 30-minute to 1-hour discussion.
What type of support is included in the subscription?
Subscriptions include online, telephone or videoconference customer support, available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., to answer your questions, assist you in using the software and provide support.
What are the response times for support?
Our team is committed to responding as quickly as possible, usually within 24 working hours.
Is there any documentation or tutorials available?
Yes, Lab Event provides comprehensive online documentation to help users get started with the tool, along with bi-monthly webinars, open to all, presenting new features and updates.
Do you offer training courses for teams?
Yes, training sessions are available to help your teams learn how to use Lab Event. These training sessions, which last one day or more depending on your teams’ needs, can be held in person or remotely and can be fully or partially funded by your skills operator (OPCO).
My customer portfolio is currently in Excel. How can I transfer my data?
To facilitate the transfer of your data, we have developed an import system for Lab Event.
If you decide to leave Lab Event, no worries. You can also export this client portfolio.
Is there an API to retrieve my information?
Yes, an API is provided in Lab Event. It allows you to retrieve product and package data and create events. If you wish, you can then display them on your website or in your application.
Can data be exported to accounting software?
Yes, Lab Event offers accounting exports compatible with the main software packages on the market (Sage, Cegid, Quadratus, etc.).
Can Lab Event be integrated with other tools?
Yes, Lab Event can be integrated with several tools, including Google Calendar, Outlook, email tools, PMSs, and solutions related to business introducers.
Can multiple establishments or different locations be managed from a single Lab Event account?
Yes, absolutely. Lab Event is designed to support multi-site organisations.
Does Lab Event offer electronic signatures?
