The challenge / Issue
Before joining Lab Event, Keys used a general-purpose CRM system that was suitable for tracking contacts but unsuitable for their business as an agency and venue operator. The tool did not allow them to manage their commercial activity, let alone meet the demands of the events industry.
Project managers wasted a considerable amount of time manually entering and organizing data in the CRM system. This data entry work sometimes took longer than the marketing of the events themselves. The need was twofold: to retrieve historical data cleanly, while setting up a fluid, intuitive interface dedicated to their business.
