<\/i>Due to these limitations, the teams quickly sought a more intuitive and suitable solution, which led them to adopt Lab Event.. This new tool has enabled smoother and more structured management of event files, facilitating the creation of quotes, monitoring of schedules, and centralization of information.<\/span>

Subsequently, with the arrival of new establishments, the Slow Village group needed a tool capable of centralizing the management of several sites, while interfacing effectively with their common PMS, Mews.<\/span><\/p>\n

The goal: to have a centralized, seamless solution connected to their PMS (Mews), used across all sites, particularly for accessing real-time accommodation availability and centralizing billing.<\/span><\/em><\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]With the growth of the group and the integration of several new establishments, Slow Village quickly faced a problem: the coexistence of two separate tools for managing events on the one hand and accommodation on the other.<\/span><\/p>\n

On one hand, Lab Event allowed events to be structured, customized quotes to be created, and files to be tracked accurately. On the other hand, the PMS centralized individual reservations and accommodation billing. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With regard to legal invoicing requirements, Slow Village could not use two different systems to issue its invoices, making it essential to find a connected, compliant solution capable of centralizing commercial data while relying on the PMS for payments.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this context, establishing seamless connectivity between Lab Event and Mews quickly became a strategic priority for Slow Village, in order to ensure unified, reliable, and rapid management of all their event and hotel activities.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To meet Slow Village’s needs, Lab Event has set up customized connectivity with the Mews PMS, enabling seamless synchronization between event and hotel information. <\/span><\/p>\n

The objective was clear: eliminate duplicate entries, ensure the reliability of availability data, and guarantee compliant centralized billing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Implementation required precise configuration work, particularly in the Lab Event product catalog:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Each element has been rigorously configured to correspond to Mews categories, distinguishing between bookable products (room types, overnight stays) and non-bookable products (additional services, event services).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Une cartographie compl\u00e8te was created to match each room category and product type in both systems. This made it possible to view availability in real time from Lab Event, directly from Mews, and thus build complete quotes in a single tool. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Payment management has also been integrated into the process: deposits and balances collected and recorded via Lab Event can now be automatically transferred to Mews for consolidated billing in compliance with legal requirements, in particular via the payment gateway used by the group.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Thanks to this smart interconnection, Slow Village teams can now manage their events from start to finish, while maintaining a single point of control for accommodation and finances.<\/span><\/p>\n
