The Cit\u00e9 du Cin\u00e9ma is an iconic place located at the gates of Paris, historically dedicated to audiovisual production.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Imagined and founded by director Luc Besson, the Cit\u00e9 du Cin\u00e9ma is designed as a real creative hub: it brings together ultra-modern filming studios, post-production spaces, as well as versatile infrastructures to host cultural events, professionals or general public.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently bought by the Seine and Watts group, the Cit\u00e9 du Cin\u00e9ma is starting a new life: that of a major event venue.<\/span><\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The project consists of a complete reconversion of the site: old film studios and screening rooms are being redesigned to host XXL events \u2013 conferences, political conventions, cultural events. The venue nevertheless retains its iconic cinema hall with 450 seats, while opening up vast modular spaces. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this dynamic, La Cit\u00e9 du Cin\u00e9ma positions itself as a new major player in the Parisian event management, halfway between a Convention Centre and a premium convention center.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The activity was new, and although tools had been used in previous experiments, they were neither adapted nor sufficiently integrated to meet the challenges of an event site of this magnitude.[\/vc_column_text]

    The website of La Cit\u00e9 du Cin\u00e9ma has been connected to Lab Event via the API. Contact and registration forms (newsletter, visit requests, etc.) are centralized in the database, and contacts are automatically synchronized with their emailing tool. <\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Finally, the team demonstrated advanced and innovative use of the platform:<\/span><\/p>\n

    She created monthly fictitious events to integrate fixed charges and recurring expenses (such as EDF invoices, operating costs or structural costs). <\/span><\/p>\n
